Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FastClick's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Service Description

FastClick provides AI-powered automation and process optimization services for small businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual service agreements.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information necessary to deliver services
• Maintain valid access credentials to any third-party systems we integrate with
• Respond to requests for review and approval within agreed timelines
• Pay invoices in accordance with the agreed payment schedule

Payment & Refunds

Fees are outlined in each service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. We reserve the right to pause delivery for accounts with overdue balances.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables produced for their business. FastClick retains rights to its proprietary frameworks, templates, and methodologies used during delivery.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement. Case studies and metrics may be shared anonymously with client permission.

Limitation of Liability

FastClick provides services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the relevant service agreement. Fees earned through the termination date remain due.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
